2 Missions Trips This Week!!
Hey Everyone!
What an awesome week this will be as we’re sending out 2 teams to minister and share the love of Jesus! Our 1st trip leaves tomorrow am dark and early, heading to the LA Dreamcenter. This Dreamcenter, founded by Pastor Matthew Barnett, is the first of many that have launched to be a place of ministry and hope to communities. We (the students of Celebration Leadership College led by Lee Vartanian and Kassie Fowler) will be participating in all kinds of community outreaches to minister to the broken community of LA. Some of these outreaches include: adopt-a-block, Hope for the Homeless Youth Outreach, Food Truck, construction, Hollywood Outreach, and much more… We are so excited to be a part of this amazing minsitry that is making such a difference and we know that God is going to use each student to do HIS work!!!
Our 2nd team will be leaving this Friday and has the unique opportunity to bring medical relief and hope to the devasted communities in Costa Rica. This trip is full of medical professionals (and some much-needed non-medical too) who are giving up a week to serve some of the poorest communities for hours each day. They are going to be such a blessing to so many who cannot afford transportation to the dr. or even vitamins. We are blessed to partner with a local church where the clinic will be held and all waiting to be treated will have the opportunity to watch Celebration’s Spanish service extension gathering dvd’s… how awesome is that!! They will be fed physically and spiritually!
