Swaziland and Pastor Mike Send Off!!!!

We met at 6:30am this morning not only to send off our Swaziland team but also to send off our very own Pastor Mike Pier, who will be staying in Africa long term!!!

We were all filled with emotions as we prayed together and hugged goodbye.  Pastor Mike is our 1st staff member to be sent off as a missionary… what a pioneer!  Even though we will miss seeing him on a daily basis, we know that this move means more to the Kingdom and many more coming to know Him!!!  Sometimes, we have to learn to lose our friends that we may gain many more, amen?!  This is what the Church is called to do… truly living the Gospel!

This move means so much for Celebration Church as we have been sowing into Africa by supporting Children’s Cup and planting Celebration Zimbabwe this year.  Much fruit is going to come from having Pastor Mike on the ground there and i believe he is paving the way for many more to go.  By the way, you can follow his journey at www.mikepier.org

Stay tuned for the awesome testimonies from our Swazi team… you’ll be hearing from them soon!

Keep praying and believing God for the nations!!

For His Glory,

Kassie Fowler
